The hotel location was good. it was a slightly quiet area, though a boat ferry dock was only a 5-minute walk. our room was a beautiful, good size room with very good air conditioning. the staff was great. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The room was advertised to have ac. I expected at least a ceiling fan, but there was neither.

I found the staff to be helpful and always available. They provided prompt assistance with any requests I had. The hotel's garden offered a peaceful escape, an oasis of calm. I certainly appreciated the convenient access to transportation options.

The minibar prices seemed a bit high, not in line with other establishments.
